Q: I'm not familiar with international trade, can I order?
A: Sure. We offer a no-financial-risk and no-administration solution. Chemicals are delivered directly to your address by courier (DHL, Fedex, etc) - one invoice - no import/export papers and customs/transport complications (Local import tax excluded). we can usually deliver within days worldwide.
Q: Then what Information I should advice?
A: Please advice product name, CAS No., chemical formula and purity specifications.
Quantity required per consignment.
Recipient company name and contact info.
Recipient address of final delivery.
In cases of restricted products please identify yourself as authorized buyer.
Q: Then how to pay?
A: By Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Western Union, pre-payable. If T/T we'll tell you our company's account info.
Please accept that there is a minimum service charge for all samples of Euro 100 / USD 140 plus cost of product, pre-payable.
Q: If the product I need isn't listed in your catalog, can I order?
A: Just feel free to email us your requirement, our chemists will source the product and reply you.
