Order Methods

Payment Methods
For small amount, payment by T/T or Western Union, MoneyGram could be accepted.
For large amount, payment by T/T or L/C could be accepted.
Supplier Management
Credimate Trading Limited meticulously selects suppliers with our special skills and normative evaluation method. We require our suppliers to promise at least a three-month quality retracing period for their supplied products. At the premise of ensuring reliable supply and product quality, we choose the supplier with best price.
Shipment Policy
For goods within 50kg, we usually choose courier service by DHL/Fedex/EMS, etc. It takes about 3-5 days to reach America and Europe. For spot goods, only 1 day is usually needed from receipt of order or payment to goods delivery.
For goods about 100kg-300kg, we usually choose air freight. It takes about 5-10 days to reach America and Europe. For spot goods, normally 10 days are needed from receipt of order or payment to goods delivery.
For goods above 500kg, we prefer sea transportation. It takes about 1 month to reach America and Europe. For spot goods, normally 2 weeks are needed from receipt of order or payment to goods shipment.
Guarantee
The product quality retracing period is 45 days after customer's receiving goods. Credimate Trading Limited guarantees its products to be up to grade when the purchaser receives the goods. Credimate Trading Limited will credit you in full upon return or send a replacement ASAP for defective product. Guarantee does not apply to the damages caused by purchaser's incorrect operation. Credimate Trading Limited's liability hereunder shall be limited to the reimbursement or replacement of the product as provided above.
Non-disclosure Policy
Credimate Trading Limited promises not to disclose customer's information. For the special confidential items, a Non Disclosure Agreement can be signed.
