Order Methods
1. Download the Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and fill in the form.

Payment Policy
1. For low value order, we accept T/T or Western Union payment.
2. For high value order, we accept T/T or L/C payment.
Shipment Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of the receipt of the payment. Customs clearance in China is looked after by us. The importer has to take care of the customs clearance on his own in the country of import.
There are three modes of shipment: by air, by courier, or by sea. by air and courier are fast but expensive. Sea freight is inexpensive but it takes time to deliver the order.
1. By air: Goods will be delivered at the nearest international airport. We have very good air logistics abilities that can assure quick and low cost shiping. By air it takes 1-3 days after the customs clearance to reach your airport.
2. By courier: Goods are delivered directly to your address by DHL, or Fedex, UPS, TNT, EMS. It takes about 2-5 days to reach you.
3. By sea: Goods are delivered at the nearest sea port. It takes 1-5 weeks after customs clearance to reach your port.
Guarantee
Credimate Trading Limited guarantees its products to be up to grade when purchaser receives the package. Credimate Trading Limited will credit you in full upon return or send a replacement ASAP for defective product. Guarantee does not apply to the damages by purchaser's incorrect operation. Credimate Trading Limited guarantees you can purchase with the full confidence that your personal and company information will remain private. Credimate Trading Limited's liability hereunder shall be limited to reimbursement or replacement of the product as provided above.
Patent Policy
Credimate Trading Limited does not warrant any use or sale of the products delivered hereunder will not infringe China or foreign patent or patent application covering the product itself or in the operation of any process etc. The buyer is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from his use of Credimate Trading Limited's products.
